Do I need to bring my own linens?
Linens are provided along with one towel set per guest. Washer and dryers are available in each unit for your use.

What extra items should I bring from home?
We do not provide paper towels or coffee. These are two items that maybe helpful to bring from home. However a Kroger grocery store is located nearby.

Is there are Grocery Store nearby?
A Kroger Grocery Store is a few blocks away. Parker’s Market, a 24-hour gourmet market and Polk’s Fresh Produce are both walking distance. Directions are provided in an information book located in each unit.

Do you provide Parking?
We have four parking spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also ample street parking, much of which is un-metered. Our guests typically do not have any difficulty finding parking.

Are you Pet Friendly?
We are dog friendly. There is a $45 pet fee, per dog and owners must provide a cell phone number so that they may be contacted at any time if dog(s) disturb other guests.

Is Savannah Pet Friendly?
Savannah is a wonderful place to travel with your dog. Many restaurants, with outdoor seating, welcome four legged guests. Savannah’s 22 plus acre Forsyth Park, along with our squares, are wonderful place to let your friend run about.

Do you have any units that are Handicapped Accessible?
Unfortunately we do not have any completely handicap accessible units. We have two units on ground level with approximately four to six steps.

Do you have phones in your units?
We do not have phones in our units. With the increase of cell phone we found that the phones in the units where frequently not being used. The provided wireless internet access can be a helpful alternative.
