Group Rates

For larger groups, such as wedding parties, couples, families, or corporate travelers, sharing an apartment can also be a great savings. We quote rates based on double occupancy and increase $30 to $50 per additional guest. As we increase the rate on a per guest basis, your cost per person is averaged down. In essence, we offer you the highest quality accommodations and suites at an unrivaled value.

Consult the sleeping arrangements listed under each accommodation to determine which unit(s) best fit your group's needs. Remember that the more you can fit into a suite the less expensive it will be for each person. The Suites on Lafayette, situated on the picturesque Lafayette Square - across from St. John the Baptist Cathedral, make wonderful accommodations for wedding parties and wedding guests.
